EX1: AUDIO DUBBING
✦ Week 4
Exercise 1 Brief
For the first part of project 1, we were grouped up in
fives to complete the google sheet consisting of the
timelines, audio and sound effects. Some of the sound
effects were recorded ourselves.
This is the list we completed:

✦ We also had to record the dub audio for this clip.

✦ Import footage into Premiere Pro
✦ Arrange shots on timeline with proper order
I first added in all the recorded lines I have already
done in the timeline.
Adding the Dubbing Audio
Next, I used the pitch shifter to make my voice lower
for Alpha Waymond, and higher for Evelyn. My voice was
more neutral so I didn't have to make drastic edits.
Editing the Voices
I then added in all the sound effects we prepared in the
sheet. Proceeded with adjusting the level of the audio.

For the first next part of project sound, we were given a
briefing in Week 8 and to prepare a 10 second recording with
our mother tongue. I recorded a line from Sherlock Holmes in
Mandarin.

We were also given instructions and recordings to show how to do
the sound shaping in the 4 different locations.

I started with importing my audio file and
making multi tracks for each type.

I used the parameter equalizer for the phone call
and muffled sounds.
