WEEK 1
                
Briefing:
We were given a brief of the project and our topic. Our topic is "Caregiver First Aid".

We formed groups and prepared our figma, drive and interview question draft. As well as potential questions we have for the client.

Empathy:
WEEK 2

Finalizing interview questions:
We received a briefing from the client and consulted her about the interview questions and target audience.

We had a group meeting where we list the questions we want to ask the interviewee. Then, we consulted with both the client and our lecturer. Where we further refined the questions. We also made different language versions as the interviewees we had in mind prefer different languages. 

We also contacted the interviewees already.

WEEK 3

Finalized target audience:
After feedback we edited and finalized our target audience.

Interviewees:
We contacted people we know and institutes with family or professional caregivers. However, we were rejected by dozen of them and had trouble with finding more interviews. We only managed to get 4 interviewees for 1 target audience.

Interviews:
Next we scheduled and conducted the interviews. We made it so that no one conducts the interview alone. One will interview while the other keep track and record the interview. 




WEEK 4

More interviewees:
While doing the transcripts we contacted more interviewees and finalized them. We asked the client for help and contacted as many as we can.

Transcripts
We did our transcripts in google doc first, then transferred them to Figma to analyze. We highlighted our own parts and made them all into sticky notes.

WEEK 5

Affinity Diagram:
After creating the sticky notes, we used what we learned in lass to create an affinity diagram. We did this together physically to group and discuss easier. And continued in a call to finish everything.

User Persona:
We discussed and created user personas together.

DEFINE:


Define:
We also had an activity in class where we did the define stage. Each of us were told to write one.

WEEK 6

IDEATION:

Crazy 8 activity:
During class we did this activity where all of us had to think about an idea for the prototype.

Presentation Slides:
We were told to prepare presentation for week 8 to show the client our progress and ideas.  We split the slides, based on who did more work previously, people who did lesser worked more on the slides. 

I was in charge of the design thinking phases - empathy, and ideation.
