Feedback
Mr Fauzi said that my design was too dull and preffered for me to go with the first draft's brightness. As well as to make big, medium, small emphasis to give better focus and depth.

Adjustments
I started by working on the feedbacks. I brightened up the photo with brightness and contrast, then used levels to lighten the photos.
I also enlarged my portrait and decreased the size of some surrounding element.
